Dafydd Bayley-Hay | CEO
Dafydd Bayley-Hay is the CEO and a co-founder of DBH Solutions. A former mechanical and structural engineer (UCL London), he initially worked in the aerospace and marine oil industry
He latterly moved into investment banking after qualifying in Investment Banking & Business Studies from from CASS Business School London. He has over 20 years experience in building and running capital markets operations for some of the world’s largest financial institutions and investment banks in London and New York.
He started his career as an equity derivatives analyst and trader at NatWest Investment Bank in London before moving to proprietary trading (swaps and bonds) at Chase Manhattan Bank New York. He left investment banking for the hedge industry where he managed a USD500 million fixed income portfolio at Buchanan Partners before returning to the investment banking sector with Fimat (Societe Generale), Derivative Products Group as a Managing Director for European Derivative Sales and Trading. His trading career culminated in setting up his own proprietary trading and asset management business in which he still maintains a vested interest.
He he founded DBH Solutions, a consultancy and infrastructure business in Nigeria 8 years ago that focusses on providing high quality infrastructure solutions to the African and he brings significant overall experience and leadership to the business. His responsibilities extend to business development and physical infrastructure solutions.
Ayodele| Managing Partner and Principal Consultant
Ayodele is the Managing Partner and Principal Consultant at DBH Advisory, an business technology consulting firm providing a wide array of enterprise architecture, strategy and operations solutions and project management services to a diverse range of corporate, telecom, financial, government, and related markets throughout the New York area and West Africa.
With 20 years of information technology experience spanning strategy, project management, front and back office operations management, trading floor support and data center operations, Ayodele is a seasoned professional focused on enabling business value creation through effective technology engagement. Ayodele’s relevant experience includes key strategic roles on projects in Nigeria at the United Bank for Africa, Galaxy Backbone, Access Bank and Suburban Telecom and in the US at the New Brunswick and White Plains Police Departments, Salomon Brothers, Citigroup and Credit Suisse in New York.
Ayodele has a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and an avid Martial Arts student - learning and instructing classes in New York.
Oswald Osaretin Guobadia | Executive Vice President
Oswald Osaretin Guobadia is an Executive Vice President and a founding partner of DBH Solutions. He has over 19 years practical experience in IT strategy development and project management
Mr. Guobadia was formerly Principal Manager of enterprise Infrastructure at United Bank for Africa group (UBA). His headline responsibility was the development and execution of the infrastructure strategic roadmap following the merger of UBA with Standard trust Bank in 2005. He was also responsible for delivering transformational and significant cost benefit initiatives across the group’s IT division.
Before joining UBA Mr. Guobadia was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, New York, where he was responsible for project and product management of the firm’s global network platform. This included various major technology project initiatives such as specialized trading facilities, acquisitions, infrastructure build-outs and platform upgrades. He started his working life in 1996 as an IT analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York. Mr. Guobadia has a B.A. (Wesley Delaware USA) and an MSc in telecommunication (PACE, New York).
He later co-founded 3finiti Technology Limited, an IT advisory and project execution business whose activities has since been taken over by DBH Solutions.
Mr. Guobadia is in charge of Operations and Business development. His responsibilities extend to Advisory and Project management.

Ayodele Spencer | Director
Ayodele is the founder and president of Spencer Creative Group, a New York-based technology consulting company providing strategy and project management services to the financial industry. He is currently engaged at Credit Suisse in New York.
Chukuka Chukuma | Director
Chukuka is a Co-founder and Partner at Racecourse Capital, an advisory and principal investment firm. He has approximately 17 years experience across the entire investment bank having spent time in a number of areas.
